USA CUSTOMERS - HOW TO ORDER ON LINE at Lucky Hoodoo Products

Simply go to Lucky Hoodoo Products and use the "add to cart" buttons to select your items. The Shopping Cart will display what you have ordered and calculate the total cost, including shipping and handling charges. Ordering is fast and easy, check out quick and easy. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - HOW TO ORDER ON LINE at Lucky Hoodoo Products

Shipping charges will be determined after order is received and billed to your email address. Ordering is fast and easy, check out quick and easy. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

All International orders will be charged shipping and handling separately. The shopping cart will only reflect the total cost of merchandise you have ordered. It will not reflect payment due for shipping and handling. The shipping and handling charges will be determined after your order is received by us. Shipping charges are based on weight, size and destination of your order. A separate Pay Pal "money request" will be sent to the email address you have provided in your order. It will request payment for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. Once payment for shipping charges is made your order will be processed. The Pay Pal "money request" can be completed using any major credit card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Pay Pal Account or eCheck.

Forms of payment accepted via regular mail: Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks and all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. Please print clearly and provide all information needed on the order form so we may process your order quickly and correctly. All personal checks will be held 15 working days to allow payments to clear the bank. There is a $25.00 fee on all bounced checks.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped United States Postal Service using either 2 Day Priority Mail or Ground Service depending on weight, size and destination of order. In stock merchandise paid for using cash, credit cards, money orders, Western Union and Money Grams usually ships within 48 hours. Orders are shipped in the order we receive them. Please keep in mind that our products are custom blended and custom made so during busy times expect your order to ship within a week from the time we receive it. Our shipping schedule is Tuesday - Friday.


REFUND and RETURN POLICY

Due to the special nature of all our products which are custom blended, custom made and specially prepared there are no returns, exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGE POLICY

The Shipping Charges you pay automatically include insurance. We only ship United States Postal Service (USPS). Policy for damaged or lost packages that have been shipped within the USA: save packing slip, all items and packing materials, including the shipping box. It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS and make the appropriate claim for the damaged or lost package. You will need to contact USPS and fill out a lost or damaged claim report and request that all monetary awards be issued in your name. If there is anything we can do to help in the process we will do so expediently.

Invalid Shipping Information, Failure to Receive Your Package and Failure to Pick Up Your Package

If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us you will be required to pay to have it reshipped. If you miss delivery of your package and it ends up being held at your local Post Office it becomes your responsibility to pick it up within 15 days. If you fail to do so, and the package comes back to us you must pay the exact shipping and handling charges it will cost to have it delivered to you. Failure to pay the exact shipping charges for redelivery of your package within 15 days of notification will relinquish all moneys and rights to your ownership of the package and it contents.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS U.S. FUNDS ONLY

International shipments are sent via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail.The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive is highly dependent upon the country to which the order is being shipped. In general, you can expect your package to take at least 2 weeks to arrive after we ship it out. Please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for delayed International orders, proof of shipment on our part relieves us of all monetary responsibilities of your order. You are responsible for all duties and tariffs charged by customs for your shipment. Many countries have restrictions against the importation of plants. It is the customers responsibility to check the rules of their country before ordering. We will not provide refunds for items seized by customs on the way into your country. Policy for damaged or lost packages while being shipped Internationally: It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and make the appropriate claim for the damaged or lost package. Most carriers will only accept a claim made by the recipient, not by the shipper which is why you will need to contact the carrier and make the claim and request that all monetary awards be issued in your name. If there is anything we can do to help in the process we will do so expediently.
